DURATION OF WARRANTY:

Purchases and Leases of Containers:

A 12-month limited warranty is applicable to both new and certified-used containers acquired from 1st Choice Shipping Containers, starting from the delivery date.

Customization Work:

Customization work is protected under a limited warranty for a period of 6 months, commencing from the date the work is completed.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:

This warranty does not encompass the following:

Ordinary Wear and Deterioration: Common wear and deterioration associated with container usage is not protected under this warranty.

Mismanagement or Neglect: Any damage resulting from mismanagement, neglect, lack of proper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations falls outside the purview of this warranty.

Environmental Damages: Damage incurred due to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other acts of nature are not protected under this warranty.
